1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any AdvikLabs product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Products & Licenses
AdvikLabs sells software licenses for WordPress plugins and themes. Each purchased license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software on the number of sites specified in your plan.
- Free tier licenses are issued automatically upon registration.
- Paid licenses are tied to your account and email address.
- You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense our software without prior written consent.
- License keys must be activated on your domain(s) as per your plan limits.
Beta and Preview Features
Some products or features may be made available in beta or preview ("Beta"). Beta features are provided for evaluation purposes and may be unstable, incomplete, or subject to change. Beta features are provided "as is" without any warranty. AdvikLabs may discontinue Beta features at any time without notice. Your use of Beta features is at your own risk.
3. Payments & Subscriptions
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually (as selected) in advance.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription from your Dashboard > Billing page at any time.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your first payment, contact us at support@adviklabs.com for a full refund. Refunds are not available after 14 days or for usage beyond fair use limits.
For one-time lifetime licenses, refunds are only available within 14 days of purchase and before the license key has been activated on any domain. Once a lifetime license is activated, no refund will be issued.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software.
- Use our services to generate spam or harass others.
- Attempt to circumvent license validation or usage limits.
- Use our proprietary APIs, license validation systems, or non-GPL components to build products that compete directly with AdvikLabs offerings, without prior written consent.
- Upload malicious code or content via our plugins.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, trademarks, and content on adviklabs.com are the exclusive property of AdvikLabs. The GPL portions of our WordPress plugins comply with WordPress licensing requirements. Premium (non-GPL) components remain proprietary.
7. Service Availability
We work to maintain reliable access to adviklabs.com and our license validation API. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. Our total liability for service interruptions is limited as described in Section 8.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdvikLabs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Active subscriptions will remain accessible until the end of the billing cycle.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State — e.g. Maharashtra / Karnataka / Delhi], India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Negotiation first: Before initiating any formal dispute, the parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting support@adviklabs.com. We will respond within 15 business days.
Arbitration: If negotiation fails within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), with proceedings conducted in [City, State], India, in English. The arbitral tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator agreed upon by both parties.
Exception: Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in [City, State], India, to prevent irreparable harm, without waiving the right to arbitration.
Consumer rights: Nothing in this section limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.
12. Force Majeure
AdvikLabs shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, pandemic, power failures, or failures of third-party infrastructure providers (including cloud hosting, payment processors, or DNS providers).
